~ Reservations ~

To reserve a space, for your child(ren), Please call us at: (970) 586-6489 Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. mountain time or e-mail us at: jnjent2012@aol.com. Please include your child's name, age, the date(s) that you are reserving, and a phone number where we can contact you. For your child's visit, we will have a short registration form on which you can disclose any important information, regarding health or other matters. Also, please bring immunization information and sunscreen with you, when you drop your child off.

                                            ~ PRIVACY POLICY ~
For your protection, our website is secure. Your confidential information will remain private and will not be shared with third parties for the purpose of marketing and promotion. “Confidential Information” means all information obtained as a result of the parties’ entering into this Agreement, which includes but is not limited to, information related to Private Keys, Public Keys, personally identifying information, passwords, and information that is designated as or intended to be confidential. “Private Key” means a confidential encrypted electronic data file that interfaces with a Public Key using the same encryption algorithm, in order to verify Digital Signatures and encrypt files or messages.
“Public Key” means an encrypted electronic data file that is publicly available for interfacing with a Private Key.

 ~ Cancellation Policy ~
If you reserve a slot and your child is unable to attend, we have a liberal, 24 hour cancellation policy. As long as you cancel your reservation, at least 24 hours prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. 

Terms and conditions
  • www.mountaintopchildcare.com is copyrighted through Godaddy, webhosting. Mountain Top Preschool and Child Care is a registered trade name with the state of Colorado, County of Larimer.
  • We are a service provider and do not operate any retail component, therefore, we do not have a return policy. The cancellation policy on the website addresses refunds for service agreements that have been vacated at the request of the customer. If, for any reason, Mountain Top Child Care is unable to provide the agreed upon services, every attempt to notify the customer in advance will be made. In this case, a full refund will be made immediately. The customer may, at their discretion, choose to be compensated with similarly valued services, at a future date.  
  • Complaints may be directed to the owner. Based on the validity of the concern / complaint, recompense, may be deemed appropriate. More serious complaints are referred to a legal representative of the corporation. 
  • Communications between customers and Mountain Top Child Care, will be conducted primarily via the internet. The customer will have the option to contact Mountain Top by phone or mail, at their discretion. The phone number, e-mail and street address are clearly displayed on the home page of the website. 
  • Website access is unrestricted to the public. No access limitation is in force at this time. 
  • Our privacy policy can be viewed on the Reservations page of our website.
